Bazaar
The x402 Bazaar is a public discovery catalog operated by Coinbase Developer Platform. It lists payment-gated resources the CDP facilitator has seen, with payment requirements, descriptions, and quality signals such as recent calls and unique payers. It is a catalog, not a settlement ledger.
Explanation
Buyers can browse GET /v2/x402/discovery/resources or search with text and filters such as network, asset, scheme, maximum price, and payTo. CDP also exposes the catalog to agents over MCP. A seller shows up when the CDP facilitator sees a valid x402 payment that includes catalog metadata. CDP documents the list as cached, with updates taking up to about ten minutes, and notes that the API is still changing.
This index crawls that HTTP catalog hourly and stores resource URL, payTo, price, and description. Those rows are how a settled payee gets a service name and a use-case category. Coverage is the share of settled volume whose payee matches a catalog resource. Unmatched payees are retried on the next run. Bazaar call counts are not a substitute for the settlement rollups, and a resource listing is not proof that the quoted price was the amount that settled.
