Terms
General terms (AGB) for agentgdp.io and the Agent GDP API.
Last updated and effective: 24 October 2026.
Operator
These terms are between you and Denis Scheller, a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) trading as "Agent GDP", Mürtschenstrasse 7, 8730 Uznach, Switzerland. Contact hello@agentgdp.io. The business is not entered in the commercial register and is not registered for VAT. The legal notice repeats these details.
You must be at least 18 or act for a business.
The service
Agent GDP publishes the Agent Payments Index and a read API for settled agent payments. Public pages and API responses are information about payments other people have settled. Rankings are computed from those payments. A plan does not buy a change in a ranking.
Public API responses and the figures on the site are CC BY 4.0. Attribute Agent Payments Index, the response or page URL, and the rollup time. A paid plan buys access limits and the service around the API. Custom enterprise extracts are CC BY only when the written agreement says so.
Features marked "coming soon" are not part of a plan until they are released.
Pro, Builder, and Scale include saved views, email alerts, CSV downloads, and history past 30 days on the site. A visit without one of those plans shows 30 days. Rankings are not for sale.
Free tier
The public API can be called with no account and no key. The free limit is about 60 requests a minute per IP address. An optional free API key uses that same limit. Free use has no monthly allowance and no subscription. Stopping is a matter of stopping the calls.
Paid subscriptions
Pro, Builder, and Scale are subscriptions in USD, billed monthly or annually. The annual price charges ten months. The prices on the pricing page exclude tax. A subscription renews automatically for the same interval until you cancel it.
You cancel in the billing portal linked from the account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Access continues until that time. After the first 14 days, fees for a period that has started are not refunded, except where mandatory law requires a refund. A checkout that does not complete does not start a subscription.
Change or cancel your plan, or update your payment method, on the account page or in the billing portal.
14-day money-back guarantee and right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied, you can cancel your first paid subscription within 14 days of purchase and get a full refund. Email hello@agentgdp.io or use the billing portal; no reason is needed. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, this also gives effect to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example by email) before the 14 days end. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Who sells what
Paid plans are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe is the merchant of record: it sells you the subscription as reseller, processes the payment, calculates and collects tax, issues the invoice and receipt, and handles payment disputes under its own buyer terms. The name on checkout, the receipt, and the card statement is the name Stripe shows for that sale. Agent GDP (Denis Scheller) provides the service itself, its features, access, and product support under these terms. Contact us first about anything; where Stripe has to act, we take it to Stripe.
Scale overage
Scale includes an allowance of API calls for the subscription's billing period. On a monthly plan that period is a month. On an annual plan that period is a year, and the same included number applies to that year. Calls past the allowance are billed at $0.50 per 1,000 calls. A monthly Scale plan meters those calls on the monthly metered price, and Stripe adds them to the monthly invoice. An annual Scale plan uses the yearly metered price, the same interval as the annual subscription, so the extra calls are added to the annual invoice rather than billed on a separate monthly subscription. Calls rejected for a rate limit or a hard quota are not counted. x402 responses are not deducted from the allowance. We send a reminder before each annual renewal.
API keys, usage, and rate limits
A key is shown once and starts with agdp_live_. We store a SHA-256 hash, a prefix, the last four characters, and a name you choose. You may hold up to ten active keys. Revoke a key on the account page. Revocation can take up to a minute to reach every region. Keep the key secret. Do not commit it to a repository or send it to a third party.
One successful GET or HEAD to /api/v1, other than the x402 routes, counts as one call for the account in the current period. OPTIONS, OpenAPI, MCP, account routes, and Stripe routes are not counted. Each plan has a per-minute rate limit. Pro and Builder stop at the included allowance until the period resets. Scale continues and meters the extra calls. The current limits are on the pricing page.
x402 pay-per-query
Priced routes under /api/v1/x402 are paid per response in USDC on Base. No Agent GDP account is required. A request without payment receives HTTP 402. After the exact amount is paid onchain, the client retries with a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. The network settlement is final. We do not refund an x402 payment after the response is delivered. If you paid and did not receive the response, email us the transaction hash within 30 days; we will deliver it or refund the amount. Payments of the wrong amount, on the wrong network, or to the wrong address may be lost and cannot be recovered by us. Network fees are yours. We never hold your funds or keys; x402 is a direct onchain payment for one response. You may not use x402 if you are subject to Swiss, EU, UK, US, or UN sanctions or act from a sanctioned country; we may block sanctioned addresses. An x402 payment is not part of a subscription allowance.
Data and advice
The index, the charts, and the API are informational. They can be delayed, incomplete, or revised when a source is corrected. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and they are not an offer to buy or sell anything. An enterprise service level exists only in a written agreement.
THE SERVICE AND THE DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE GIVE NO WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
Acceptable use, suspension, and ending access
Do not attack the service, bypass a rate limit, share a key in order to pool a plan, misstate the source of the data, or present a payment to Agent GDP as a change in a ranking. We may suspend a key, refuse a request, or end access when a plan is unpaid, when a key is abused, or when these terms are broken. Except for serious abuse or legal requirements, we warn you first and give you a reasonable chance to fix the issue. If we end a paid plan without cause, we refund the unused part of the fee. You may stop using the free tier at any time. You end a paid plan by cancelling in the portal, effective at the end of the paid period, or within the first 14 days for a full refund.
Liability
We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for personal injury. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for slight negligence, for the acts of auxiliary persons, or for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data. Where liability is not excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Mandatory consumer law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms or plan prices for good reason, such as new features, legal changes, or cost changes. For paid plans, we email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and it applies from your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before that renewal; you will not be charged the new price. Changes that only benefit you or are legally required may apply immediately.
Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law governs these terms. The place of jurisdiction is Kreisgericht See-Gaster, Uznach SG, subject to mandatory rules that reserve a different court or a different law for consumers.
